Once an order has been shipped, JSOURCEDUK is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Any fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or attempts to scam will result in order cancellation and will be reported.
